How do I sign up?

Do I get a certificate?

Yes -- watch every video in a course to at least 95% completion and a certificate is generated automatically with your name, the course, and the date. It's emailed to you and added to your Certificates page, with a serial number and a public verification link you can share. You can download it as a PNG or PDF, print it, or share it directly. These are academy completion certificates -- they are not externally accredited.

How do I install the app on my phone?

MTM Academy is on the App Store — free, for iPhone and iPad, requires iOS 15.1 or later. It carries the curriculum, academy videos, study library, journal, grades, challenges, trade alerts and the class calendar; the Chart Lab and the live Zoom room are web-only for now. There is no Android app yet — on Android or desktop you can install the website to your home screen from the browser menu.

How does billing work?

Every Academy plan is a one-time payment for a fixed term -- 6 Months, 12 Months, or Lifetime. Nothing is a recurring subscription, so there's nothing to accidentally get billed for again.

Can I pay over time?

Accepted Answer

Yes -- Klarna and Afterpay are offered at checkout where you qualify, subject to their approval. Either way, your platform access starts right away; your payment plan itself is with Klarna or Afterpay, not with us.

Does my plan auto-renew?

Accepted Answer

No -- nothing auto-renews. We'll email you 30 days and again 7 days before your access ends, and you can renew or upgrade any time from Settings → Membership.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

You can upgrade at any time -- you'll pay the difference between your current plan and the new one. To downgrade, simply choose the shorter plan when it's time to renew.

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are available only if you have not used the Academy at all -- no quizzes taken, no videos watched, no journal entries, no charts submitted, no AI mentor chats or other activity. Once you've used the platform, all sales are final. Request one from Settings → Membership and we'll tell you right away whether you're eligible.

I was a member on Whop -- what changes?

Nothing about your progress. Every member who moved from Whop keeps all their videos, quizzes, journal entries, certificates, XP and streaks. Sign in with the email address you used before, and use "Forgot password" to set a password the first time -- your account no longer goes through Whop.

Basic Trading is free -- create an account and claim it from the Pricing page to unlock the Basic Forex course. No card required, and it never expires.

What is Discord Access and how does billing work?

Discord Access ($49.99/month) gets you the Members role in the MTM Discord server. Unlike the Academy plans, it's a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel -- Klarna is available at checkout, and you can cancel any time from Settings → Membership with no penalty.

What are Indicators and how do I get TradingView access?

TradingView indicators are included with every Academy membership -- they're not sold on their own. You'll enter your TradingView username at checkout (or add it later from Settings → Membership), and access is added within 24 hours -- you'll get a confirmation email.

How do I cancel Discord Access?

Accepted Answer

Go to Settings → Membership and click "Manage subscription" next to Discord Access -- that opens Stripe's billing portal where you can cancel or update your payment method. Access stays on through the end of the period you already paid for.

Best Trading Window: 2am EST - 10am EST (London-NY overlap). Asian Session (A-range): 8:30pm EST - No Trade Zone. London Session: 3:30am EST. NY Session: 9:30am EST. Dead Gap: 5pm EST (start of new trading day).
